Whether it’s a bug report, a feature idea, or just a question about how Spin Wheel works, this is the fastest way to reach us. We read every message and reply by email.
Before you write in
The quickest way to a useful reply is to tell us what happened: which wheel or page you were on, what you expected, and what you saw instead. Mentioning your device and browser, for example “iPhone, Safari”, helps us reproduce the problem. If your message is about a specific page, paste its address into the message so we can open exactly what you are looking at. Please do not send passwords or other sensitive details through the form; you will never need to.
Bug reports. Say what you clicked and what went wrong. A screenshot is a bonus. Feature ideas. Tell us the problem you are trying to solve, not only the feature, so we can look for the simplest fix. Anything else. Questions about how a wheel works, feedback on a page, or a mistake you spotted in our copy are all welcome.
Is the site really free? Yes. Every wheel is free to use and works without an account. Can you add a wheel for my use case? Possibly. Send us a short description of how you would use it and we will take a look.
